I ordered the watch on the Friday morning before the shop closed at 12pm. When I called to ask about the opening hours at the Mall Branch, the guy told me it as 12pm and reopened back at 2pm. When I called, it was almost 12pm already. When I reached Mall, I couldn’t locate the shop, so I called back the line and fortunately I managed to find the shop (after guided by the guy) but the shutter was down already so he suggested maybe I could knock on the shutter, and someone perhaps will help me. The lady (wearing tudong/scarf) was so kind to open the shutter (half) for me and gave me my order even though I was there at 12.01pm
Thanks to the guy who answered my call and thanks to the lady who open the shutter and deliver my order.
This is SUPER EXCELLENT SERVICE. Keep it up and maybe MINTLATO will be my place to go for last minute present.
