We provide free delivery for purchases above $100. For purchases below $100, delivery charges will be $10 for delivery within Brunei. (Brunei-Muara District, Tutong District, Kuala Belait District and Temburong District) 

Yes, currently we only provide shipping services within Brunei, Malaysia and Singapore.

Yes, if you wish to remove the receipt or invoice, kindly put a remark during checkout.

Yes, simply leave a remark(including which branch you wish to pick up from) during checkout and show us a proof of purchasing order at the store.

All orders purchased are not returnable.

All orders purchased are not exchangaable.

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us with your order number, a description and photos of the item.

Though battery is not covered under warranty policy, as a goodwill gesture, we shall provide you free replacement of battery if it is drained within (one) 1 year from date of original purchase.

2 Years International Limited Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

1. The life of the battery
2. Case, crystal, strap or bracelet
3. Normal wear and tear( (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating
4. Water damage unless marked “water-resistant” (Water damage of leather strap is not guaranteed in any circumstances)

5. Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)

The warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Please note that warranty for all online purchase will be based on your e-invoice/order confirmation via email(received upon checkout).

Physical cert/warranty card(if any) supplied by brand will NOT be stamped for all online orders.

If you experience a manufacturing fault with your item(s) within the first 30 days of ownership, you will be eligible to receive a replacement provided that you inform us within a 30 day period.

We do not do custom design jewellery.

Yes, we also offer Titanium, Tungsten and Gold

Yes, all our silver jewellery is made with ~92.5% silver. It cannot be made with 100%silver as that will be too soft to make jewellery.

Yes, all our Gold Jewellery under “Fine Jewellery”collection is made from 10K, 14K or 18K gold.

Tarnish is the discoloration of the silver. All real silver tarnishes over time as part of its natural process known as ”oxidation”  but do not worry. If it happens, please bring it back to us for cleaning. You can follow our tips on caring for silver jewellery.

1. Take off during shower, swimming or places that involve water such as washing dishes.

2. When not in use, store in cool, dry, airtight place. (e.g. airtight jewelry box or bag)

3. Avoid storing and leaving silver jewellery at humid areas. (e.g. bathroom or near basin)

4. Avoid in contact with chemical products. (e.g. lotion, perfume, soap, hair products, etc.)

Yes, all jewellery purchased from MINTLATO are eligible for free cleaning services.
